The Personnel Door has been developed as a cost-efficient access door for steel frame sheds, barns, and domestic garages. We have used the latest construction technology to provide a product that will enhance any door opening in your building.
Key specifications
- Universal hanging – either L/H or R/H hanging by simply rotating the complete door around
- Attractive flush face door appearance with no ugly perimeter channels or rivet fixings
- High density polyurethane foam core giving a high impact resistant colour steel face
- A solid 3.0mm wall thickness for secure hinge fixing points
- Eliminates all swelling, sticking and painting problems associated with timber doors
- Heavy duty stainless hinges and quality Guardsman stainless steel locksets are used
- Quality fitting for a quality door
- Low maintenance, no painting required
- Available in any colour steel colour range
- The finished door is completely covered in Polystyrene packaging and shrink wrapped eliminating all freight damage
- A PVC protective film is placed on the coloursteel face of the door to avoid any installation damage
- Totally enhances and finishes off any opening in your building

Door set shall be “PERSONNEL DOOR” as supplied by AceDoor System 2013 Ltd.

Single leaf doors: 2300mm high x 1100mm wide
DOOR LEAF
A. .40mm thick door leaf
B. Clad in .59 G2 ColorSteel with mill finished aluminum channels
C. Door leaf injected with polyurethane
D. PA Door with frame – Leaf is fitted with 3 x heavy-duty butt hinges
E. PA Door without frame – (Leaf only) is fitted with 3 x 304 Grade Stainless Steel Hinges
DOOR FRAME
Optional robust aluminum profiles designed to overlap daylight opening of the doorway and fit on the outside face of the wall.
HARDWARE
A. Hardware is factory fitted.
B. Standard hardware and furniture are Schlage R51 Denver
C. Optional non-standard hardware available at additional cost, including Motorhome Latch, Lever Handle.
