Preventative Maintenance Programme.

The Ace Servicing Preventative Maintenance Programme ensures that your installation operates at a safe and optimum level at all times in order to avoid costly breakdowns. After the initial installation is complete, a Service Agreement will be put in place that provides follow up calls scheduled at six monthly intervals.
Each Service agreement will comprise of a full inspection of all industrial doors and roller shutter systems, etc with minor adjustments and system lubrication conducted where necessary. A written report will provide details of the work performed and any recommended repairs.
The planned, preventative maintenance of roller shutters and industrial doors, etc can help maintain the lifespan of a system, ensuring all doors and roller shutter installations are functioning correctly, free from implications that can potentially be caused from everyday “wear and tear”.

Repair Service:

Should your industrial doors or roller shutters develop a problem; our responsive Service Technicians can be on site quickly, to help determine the extent of the damage and the repair work needed to restore functionality to the door or the roller shutters. All of our Technicians carry the relevant tools to help resolve the majority of problems during the same day. For any repairs that require extensive labour or parts, a written quotation can be provided for your approval, before any additional work is carried out.

Installations

AceDoors either manufactures or has an agency for most commercial door types. Our qualified and experienced personnel can provide a complete mechanical installation upon request. Upon receiving an initial enquiry for a new roller shutter, industrial door, etc our team of engineers can arrange for a free site visit to establish the type of door or roller system required. The installation and commissioning of all our products is performed according to current quality assurance and health and safety requirements, together with an unyielding commitment to service.
