AceDoors offer a high quality, industry standard, sprung Roller Shutter Door that is built to last and suitable for use in both Commercial & Industrial applications where a wind rated door is not required.

If a wind rated door is required ask about our DuraShutter that has been tested to meet and exceed the wind load requirements of AS/NZS 4505:2012

Features and Components

  • Screen
    Our Roller Shutter screens are constructed from galvanised roll formed interlocking slats available in either 0.75 or 0.96mm. Also an option is a Vented or Vision screen, which is ideal where ventilation, air flow or vision is required, such as generator rooms or carparks. Screens can be fully or partially ventilated dependant on the application.
  • Barrel
    The engineered steel barrels are spring assisted to ensure easy and safe manual or motorised operation. High cycle and heavy duty barrel options available.
  • Guide Channel
    Standard and windlocked guides are available to suit your application.
  • Egress Wicket Gates
    These are designed to facilitate pedestrian entry and exit from the building without having to open the Roller Shutter Door. Available in a Slat Style or Flat Style, galvanised or powder coated.
  • Powder Coat Finish
    Choose from a large range of powder coat colours. Anti Graffiti coatings are also available.

Operation

  • Hand Chain
    manually operated hand chain connected to a spring assisted barrel suitable for smaller doors. Manual operated doors can easily be motorised at a later date if required.
  • Motorisation
    Standard electric motor available in single or three phase with a push button controller and emergency hand chain.

  • Motorisation options and accessories:

    – Remote control receiver with safety beams
    – External key switch or key pad
    – Birdproofing

Servicing and Maintenance

AceDoors install their Roller Shutter Doors in the Auckland and Canterbury regions. Please enquire about installs in other locations.

AceDoors provides servicing and maintenance on all doors. We recommend the first service within 6 months, and every 12 months thereafter.
