New Improved Hushshutter 2 in the Mainstream
The original Hushshutter has been a resounding success in the marketplace. The only commercial and industrial roller shutter in NZ to feature innovative “silenced guides”, in excess of 300 Hushshutters are in use in warehouses and factories across New Zealand. In keeping with Acedoor’s philosophy of continuous improvement, Acedoor’s introduce the new and improved Hushshutter 2. The improvements from the original Hushshutter to the Hushshutter 2 include:
- Improved motor performance and operating speed,
- Improved heavy-duty grey PVC wear strips,
- Elimination of the mohair in the guide.
Freight and Logistics company Mainstream New Zealand have a new purpose built warehouse and logistics building in Auckland. The new Mainstream facility utilises Acedoor’s “Hushshutter 2” roller shutter and other Acedoor’s products.
Established in 1992, Mainstream have continued to grow their freight and logistics operation to the extent that they had outgrown their East Tamaki premises. They commissioned JWA architects to design a new purpose-built freight forwarding warehouse and logistics building where they can move, manage and store freight for customers throughout New Zealand and Worldwide. The building operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week keeping up with customer demand and full under cover truck and train loading and unloading capability.
