Nergeco High Speed Doors Keeps USL Healthcare Clean

"USL Medical is a Healthcare distributor of medical product.

In their newly built warehouse, USL Medical installed the Ace Nergeco Trekking Star high speed doors. The doors are not only robust, but are also fast and efficient in opening and closing which allows the operation to still meet their serice level targets.

Being in the medical market and a distributor of healthcare product, it is imperative that we operate and manage the airflow between outside and in, and therefore minimise the flow of dust and dirt into the warehouse.

The doors are easy to operate through both the manual and automatic settings. We tend to leave the doors on automatic as we have constant movement through the doors from our MHE machinery. We are able to adjust the speed of the doors as well as the angle or distance to trigger the opening.
