For heavy-duty trolley and pallet traffic, doors must be especially strong and resilient. RUDNEV™ Door Systems double-action swing doors provide a high level of durability and impact-resistance for these demanding situations.
Product Features
RUDNEV™ Door Systems PVC impact doors are available in one and two-leaf models. They include hinge hardware, with fully-adjustable tension spring and smooth operating self-closing hinges. Rudnev™ manufacture the doors in our Penrose factory.
We manufacture two types of PVC swing door - Hygiene™ and Clear-Vu™.
The Hygiene™ swing door is suited to personnel use rather than forklifts.
Hygiene™ Swingdoor Maximum Sizes
Single 2.4 high x 1.2 wide
Double 2.4 high x 2.0 wide
The Hygiene™ swingdoor incorporates a heavy-duty anodised aluminium door blade, 7mm thick PVC blades, and buffer strips. Used in supermarkets, shops, restaurant kitchens, coolrooms and freezer, hospitals etc.
The Clear-Vu™ swing door is suited to heavy duty use, for example occasional forklift use rather than forklifts.
Clear-Vu™ Swingdoor Maximum Sizes
Single 3.0 high x 1.5 wide
Double 3.0 high x 3.0 wide
The Clear-Vu™ swingdoor incorporates a steel roll-formed door blade (standard hammertone grey finish), 10mm thick steel mounting frame, 7mm thick PVC blades, and buffer strips. Options include gravity flaps above the door, and stay open hinges.
